Coopertown Police Host Jeep Ride

Coopertown, Tennessee

Coopertown Police are hosting their first annual #Jeeps4LittlePeeps ride, sponsored by Farragut Sales Sporting Goods & Knives and O’Reilly Auto Parts, to benefit the agency’s annual Shop-With-A-Cop program, an event focused on ensuring disadvantaged children have Christmas gifts.

#Jeeps4LittlePeeps on Saturday, April 22, 2023. 8am registration, starts at 10am from Coopertown Middle School.

Every year, Coopertown Police raise donations during events in the community to assist in supporting their annual Shop-With-A-Cop event, designed to ensure disadvantaged children receive Christmas gifts. During the Coopertown Police Touch-A-Truck event, visitors had the opportunity to dunk a cop and donate toward Shop-With-A-Cop. At the first annual Coopertown Police Ride4Kidz Motorcycle Ride, riders generously donated to Shop-With-A-Cop. In addition to the community events, generous Coopertown businesses and citizens made donations to help support the program.

Riders in the #Jeeps4LittlePeeps event will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win some prizes donated by Farragut Sales and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Rain or shine, the ride will take Jeep enthusiasts on a scenic, round-trip route of around 110 miles, all the while being escorted by law enforcement. The ride will stop for lunch and conduct a portion of the raffle, with the grand prizes being raffled upon the ride’s conclusion. Registration begins at 8 am the day of the ride at Coopertown Middle School, located at 3820 TN-49, Springfield, TN 37172. The ride will begin at 10 am. There is no entry fee for the ride, but donations for Shop-With-A-Cop will be accepted during the registration.
