Coopertown Police Read To Elementary Students

Coopertown, Tennessee

Coopertown Police launched a new community engagement program this summer involving elementary students in grades K-5. Over the summer, our officers read books to students at Coopertown Elementary School attending the Eagle’s Town Aftercare program. Coopertown Police coordinated with the director of the Eagle’s Town Aftercare program, Tasha Crain, to set up weekly sessions with our officers. The students were full of questions and seemed to enjoy storytime with our officers.
